As a certified notary signing agent, I assist many different signing services as well as mortgage and escrow offices by guiding borrowers through each document, verify identities, and ensure all signatures, initials, and notarizations are completed correctly to prevent delays or funding issues. I understand the importance of precision in loan documents and maintain strict attention to detail throughout the entire signing process.
